Project Description

Mekus Tanager was responsible for the development of the interior architectural design, including programming, design and scope documents for a new modern-design office complex designed as a build-to-suit for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Regional offices in Chicago, IL. The GSA and FBI wanted an interior environment that would provide a flexible and attractive workplace, provide low environmental impact in the design selection of finishes and materials, and met the specific unique program requirements of the FBI. Lohan Anderson were the design architects for the building.

The project was awarded a LEED-EB O&M Platinum certification from the USGBC.
