Project Description

 

Mekus Tanager assisted US Cellular with a new Customer Care Center, with design cues taken from US Cellular's retail spaces.  The Customer Care Center was designed for a new customer service group within US Cellular, which is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

 

An open work environment and three-dimensional branding were some of the key elements integrated into the design, as well as state-of-the-art call center technologies.
